1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ParkIN24 platform at www.parkin24.com or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ParkIN24 Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid Indian driver's licence or authorisation to operate a vehicle to use ParkIN24's booking services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To book parking through ParkIN24, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@parkin24.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

ParkIN24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Booking & Subscriptions

Hourly Bookings: Hourly bookings are charged per hour or part thereof, at the rate displayed at time of booking. Extending your booking is possible within the app subject to availability.

Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly plans provide unlimited access to the allocated parking zone for the calendar month of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

Annual Plans: Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months. Spot transfer requests are limited to twice per year and are subject to availability.

All bookings are subject to availability. ParkIN24 does not guarantee spot availability for walk-in or un-booked arrivals.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. ParkIN24 does not store payment card data.
• Failed payments will result in booking cancellation. You will be notified by SMS or email.
• Invoices and receipts are issued electronically to your registered email address.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Hourly: Cancellations made more than 30 minutes before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 minutes are non-refundable.
• Monthly / Annual: Subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 48 hours of a billing cycle. Unused days are not prorated upon cancellation unless mandated by applicable law.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. User Responsibilities

When using a ParkIN24 parking facility, you agree to:

• Park only in your allocated or available spot as confirmed in your booking.
• Not block emergency exits, access lanes, or other vehicles at any time.
• Comply with all posted rules and instructions at the parking facility.
• Not use the facility for any unlawful purpose or store prohibited items in your vehicle.
• Report any damage, accidents, or security concerns to facility staff immediately.
• Vacate the spot by the end of your booked time or incur additional charges.

8. ParkIN24's Liability

ParkIN24 acts as a technology platform connecting drivers to parking facilities. We are not the operator of the physical parking lots. Accordingly:

• ParkIN24 is not liable for damage to or theft of your vehicle or its contents while parked.
• Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in dispute.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on www.parkin24.com, including but not limited to the ParkIN24 name, logo, design, text, and software, is the exclusive property of ParkIN24 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use ParkIN24 to:

• Make fraudulent bookings or attempt to circumvent payment.
• Resell or transfer bookings without our express written permission.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract data from our platform.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or disruptive code into our systems.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

11. Modifications to the Service

ParkIN24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes to active subscribers.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of ParkIN24 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
